The rapture is when Jesus will come and take His
people home.
John 14:1-3 Let not your heart be troubled: ye
believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father's
house are many mansions: if [it were] not [so], I
would have told you. I go to prepare a place for
you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will
come again, and receive you unto myself; that
where I am, [there] ye may be also.
Jesus has gone to prepare a place for us who believe
and He will gather the church to Himself when the
last trumpet sounds.
Matthew 25:13 says Watch therefore, for ye know
neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of
man cometh.
Even though we don't know we need to be
watching and waiting lest it overtake you like a thief
in the night.
